Our young single variety wines are made exclusively from indigenous grape varieties from the local vineyards.

The Tempranillo grape produces a deep red must with a good balance of sugars, colour and acidity. The result is a wine with an honest palate. Interesting in a young wine and velvety when aged.

The Garnacha variety is grown in cool areas, producing balanced musts, which after bleeding, produces very interesting rosé wines.

The Viura grape produces an acidic, pleasant must with a characteristic flavour.
