CRIANZA

Made from grapes of the Tempranillo (90%) and Garnacha (10%) varieties.

Vinification is carried out at a temperature of fermentation of 25º to 30º C with a long period of maceration.

After fermentation, the wine is put into French- and American-oak casks where it is aged for 12 to 18 months, before bottling and laid down for a further12 months to round off its ageing process.

It has a garnet colour with purple glints. Clear and bright.

Aromas of good intensity and smooth complexity of ripe red-berries, spices and vanilla.

In the mouth it is balanced and pleasant, with body, elegant and harmonious on the palate, with a long finish in which the very ripe fruit flavours dominate, with a reminder of its time in the barrel coming through.

Drink at between 17º and 19º C. Ideal with meat and cheese.
